More about education
The requirements for a minimum entry level qualification are fundamentally different from other training platforms - the future student must have a minimum specialized training or work experience of at least 6 months.
Upon graduation, students receive not only a diploma and a chef's degree, but also employment assistance: they get recommendations from professional teachers and their resumes are added to the Academy's database. HoReCa, on the other hand, receives an influx of real professionals in the field.
Support and systematic education development in the field of restaurant business is one of METRO's strategic priorities. In addition to the launch of the STANDOOD Academy, the company in Russia organized the All-Russian chef’s competition - Chef a la Russe, and also became the general partner of the INSTITUT PAUL BOCUSE branch in Krasnoyarsk.
