METRO. Partner - HoReCa Support Program

A program that helped restaurants to invite new guests during the pandemic, and gave METRO customers the opportunity to get a discount in cafes and restaurants.

The sustainable development of METRO is directly linked with the sustainable development of our partners and professional customers. The METRO.Partner program was launched in 2020 as a measure to support small and medium-sized restaurant businesses during the COVID-19 pandemic.

METRO. Partner – HoReCa Support Program

The purpose of the METRO.Partner program

To invite guests to restaurants and cafes by offering discount coupons. The discount amount is fully covered by METRO in the form of a cashback to the restaurant card for subsequent purchases in METRO.

On the program website (https://metro-partner.ru), one can set a search filter by type of establishment, cuisine, and a number of additional parameters, such as takeaway food, delivery, business lunch menu, and so on.

Results

METRO.Partner unites 741 restaurants throughout Russia. Participating restaurants earned 12,885,176 Rub. cashback in total and METRO clients received 40,117 discount coupons.

In 2020, METRO.Partner became the winner in the nomination "The Best Loyalty Program in the HoReCa Segment" according to the Loyalty Awards Russia 2020.
